As the Owner Representative or Construction Manager as Adviser we work with the Architect, General Contractor, and Owner from the inception of a project, through completion to ensure optimal return on investment.
Marty serves as the head account manager for M2W Consulting. In this capacity he takes a hands on approach to Programming, Cost Control, Scheduling, Site Inspections, and Vendor Management. As a result of managing multiple capital intensive public works projects simultaneously, Marty has established a system for ensuring clear channels of communication are established, and remain open throughout the course of a given project.
Mason serves the firm in an operational capacity which includes documenting all project information within our Client’s preferred software program, and readily available to Contractors, Vendors, Engineers, Architects, and Clients. Mason is also tasked with generating reports, billing, implementing IT solutions, and ensuring the team at M2W Consulting has the support needed in order to provide superior Construction Management Services
In 2013 Plains Capital Park received major upgrades that included a stadium expansion, Multi Story Press Box Renovation, Parking Lot Resurfacing, a New Field House, and repairs to retaining walls.
Previously members of our team managed this project through Programming, Design, Construction, and Make Ready. Upon completion this project was delivered within revised budget, and before the scheduled completion date.
In 2004 members of our team were responsible for overseeing the construction of a box storage and packaging facility in Plainview, Tx. The project included installation of a multi level conveyor system, and software to interface with host’s existing software.
This Historical Works Project required thorough planning to ensure renovations to the existing structure were built up to code, asbestos abatements were performed properly, and the original architecture was maintained.
This bond program included renovations to a number of existing facilities as well as new construction project to meet the growing demands of educating tomorrows leaders in the West Texas community of Wolfforth.
